A vision deeply rooted within me gave birth to Le Chemin, with a clear mission: to support every woman and every couple towards their fulfillment and balance. This mission is inspired by the journey of many women and couples around the world.

I have seen women struggling for their inner freedom torn between what they must do, become, and be. Women from all walks of life: mothers, bold creators, as well as women in search of meaning, who build themselves, deconstruct themselves, and then rebuild themselves at every stage of their journey.

I have also seen couples struggling to find balance between affirming their individuality and nurturing their union, cultivating the unique essence of their relationship while honoring their individuality. Couples who have embraced a shared path, then taken their own ways; others who struggle to find a common way, and some who, lacking resources, get lost along the way.
That is when I turned to therapy, guided by one conviction: to create and to help. With the rise of well-being came a new form of pressure: the need to be happy, to succeed, to know oneself… as if we were constantly behind on our own happiness. But what if, in reality, we already were? Our path is always there, shaping itself with us, alive at every moment. No matter the time, we are always on Le Chemin.
