I have watched women search outside
for what was already within.
My mother did it. The women around me did it. I did it too. We built ourselves, deconstructed ourselves, searched everywhere — and never thought to look inside. Le Chemin was born from that realisation.
There was no single moment.
Just a pattern I could no longer ignore.
I watched brilliant, beautiful, accomplished women — myself included — exhaust themselves searching for something they couldn't name. A new city. A new relationship. A new version of themselves. Always outward. Always forward. Never here.
The more I looked, the more I saw it everywhere. Women who had everything — and still felt something was missing. Not because they lacked anything. Because they had lost the thread back to themselves.
I am a therapist. I have spent years sitting with women in that exact place. And what I found, every time, is that the path back already existed. It just needed a way to be walked.
Le Chemin doesn't create it — it reveals it.
That is why I created Le Chemin. Not a wellness brand. Not a self-care ritual. A structured, intentional path — back to the woman you've always been. One écrin at a time.

The lunar cycle
Our candles are poured in alignment with the moon — at the half moon for L'Écrin Byzantin, at the full moon for L'Écrin Pourpre. Each phase carries its own energy, its own intention.
Plant cycles
Our oils and exfoliants are crafted in alignment with the natural cycles of the plants they contain. Macerations are timed to capture the peak energy of each botanical — nothing is rushed.
Energetic intention
The bath salts, the crystals, the oils — each one is prepared with a specific energetic intention. Calm. Presence. Desire. Connection. The product carries it before you ever open the box.
